Bosphorus Straits: Which Aegean island or islands will be chosen by the US to establish military bases?
The US intends to establish bases on our islands in the Aegean, wanting to control the movements of the Russian fleet in the Aegean and Mediterranean, but also the insolvent Turkey, downgrading the strategic importance of the Bosphorus straits and upgrading the role of Greece.
