Chaos in NATO! The Russian frigate passed armored by Europe! (Video)

The Admiral Gorshkov frigate, named after Soviet Union fleet admiral Sergei Gorshkov, is currently in South Africa's largest port, the city of Durban, where it is preparing for large-scale exercises. The crew and command discuss the progress of joint naval exercises with South Africa and China in the Indian Ocean. This news became known from an official publication of the Russian Ministry of Defense through Zvezda.

The main objectives of this training are to deal with threats in maritime ocean zones, including combating piracy, rendering assistance and rescuing people, ships and vessels in distress. According to the Russian commander of the ships of the Northern Fleet, ships of other nations were carefully watching the Russian frigate during its course towards the port of Durban.

"Along the countries we passed, we sailed alongside the coasts of Great Britain, France, Spain and Portugal. We were noticed, perhaps they considered it an honor to be alongside the frigate Admiral Gorshkov. We were under constant surveillance, they worried. But in general, within the framework of normal maritime international cooperation, there were no issues," said Oleg Gladky, commander of the Northern Fleet's ships.

According to Zvezda, the joint exercises of Russia, South Africa and China, codenamed Exercise MOSI, began on February 17 and are expected to end on the 27th of the month in the Indian Ocean. On February 22, the ships are scheduled to proceed to the open ocean to work on various naval operations scenarios.
