"Rain" of ballistic missiles in Kyiv as Russians are advancing in 5 directions simultaneously

In the last 24 hours, and especially in the early morning hours today, Russian armed forces launched hundreds of drones and missiles against military and energy infrastructure in Ukraine.

One of the most significant strikes on the Ukrainian army was the bombing of several military airfields, as well as Naftogaz energy company infrastructure.

This morning, Ukrainian sources reported that dozens of ballistic missiles struck targets inside the capital, Kyiv.

Developments from the Battlefield

In Russian Kursk, Russian troops have made significant advances in the areas of the settlements Nikolaev-Darino, Nizhni Klin, Sverdlovka, and Alexandria. The area of land they have captured is 17 kilometers wide and 2 kilometers deep. Meanwhile, in recent hours, they have neutralized 20 Ukrainian soldiers and several units of equipment.

In Pokrovsk, Russian forces maintain the upper hand in the fighting, despite recent Ukrainian counterattacks. Kyiv continues to send reserves to this front in an effort to stabilize the situation and prevent further Russian advances. For this purpose, they frequently bombard Russian positions with attack drones.

In Andriivka, an area near Bakhmut in Donetsk that has recently reappeared in reports from the Russian Ministry of Defense, Russian forces increased pressure on the enemy. Nearly the entire territory of the settlement has passed under Moscow's control, resulting in a sharp decline in the morale of the Ukrainians.

On the Chasiv Yar front, Russian troops are said to have expelled Ukrainian military units from the Kleban-Byk park area, located southeast of the city. Russian forces now seem to be advancing toward the Yugo-Vostochny mine.

Finally, in the Ukrainian northeastern region of Kharkiv, Russian forces are advancing near the settlement of Dvurechnaya, where they managed to capture the elevated fortress near the village of Zapadnoye. A large number of Russian troops have also gathered near the settlement of Figolovka, aiming to advance toward the northeastern village of Novomlynsk.
