The recent downing of the American MQ-9 drone by Russian warplanes in the Black Sea, the insignia of their pilots by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Shoigu and the printing of a relevant stamp by the Russians who in this way infiltrate the USA, should be considered certain that will provoke a corresponding response from Washington.
We could already say that the "organs" have begun, since according to Russian media, the USA proceeded to deport Russian citizens from their country and to strengthen Ukraine's anti-aircraft defense by sending to Ukraine for the first time the M1097 mobile short-range air defense missile system Avenger, noting the following:
The US has resumed deporting Russian citizens
At the moment, it is known that the first in line for deportation from the United States of America are those citizens of the Russian Federation who arrived in the country during the period of partial conscription announced on the territory of Russia, and, apparently, the non-deportations will be more massive.
At present, there are no official statements on this matter, however, it is noteworthy that about a year ago, the United States announced that the suspension of deportation was caused by the political situation in Russia, which apparently indicates that Washington considered that it is now no longer appropriate to detain citizens of the Russian Federation on its territory.
According to various estimates, in the coming months alone, thousands of citizens of the Russian Federation who were in the United States illegally may be deported from the United States."
The Russian Media cites the British Guardian on the matter, where in a related article it is stated, among other things, that "the
The Biden administration has quietly resumed deportations to Russia, an apparent reversal of the position taken after Russia's invasion of Ukraine just over a year ago, when those removals were suspended."

Convoy of US M1097 Avenger air defense systems arrives in Ukraine
A convoy of US Avenger air defense systems appears to be moving from Poland to Ukraine
Residents of Poland report seeing a convoy of US M1097 Avenger anti-aircraft missile systems moving towards the Ukrainian border. Judging by the video, we are talking about two air defense systems, however, it is reported that a total of 6 launchers on tractor trailers moved in the direction of the Ukrainian border.
Video taken about 30 kilometers from the border with Ukraine shows the convoy in question moving in that direction, which means there is a high possibility that these air defense systems are already on Ukrainian soil.
To date, these are the first M1097 Avenger systems seen being sent to Ukrainian soil.
Apparently, their delivery was prompted by the need to strengthen Ukraine's air defense, since during drone attacks, the positions of fixed air defense systems can be quickly identified and hit, and such highly mobile installations can be more effective.
The Avenger anti-aircraft system
The Avenger is a mobile short-range air defense missile system.
It provides mobile protection for ground units from low-flying aircraft, helicopters, unmanned aerial vehicles and cruise missiles.
It was developed by Boeing Aerospace in the early 1980s.
The first production systems entered service with the US Army in 1990 and replaced the M163 Vulcan and M167 anti-aircraft guns. Also approved by the US Marine Corps.
Its exporting countries are Bahrain, Chile, Egypt, Lithuania, Taiwan and the United Arab Emirates.
A total of 1,800 of these air defense systems were built. About 950 systems are still operational.
In 2022 it was announced that a small number of Avenger air defense systems would be delivered to Ukraine in order to defend against a Russian invasion, which we see in the current phase
The Avenger air defense system has the M998, M1026 or M1097 types.
All of these vehicles are members of the HMMWV family of tactical vehicles.
The Avenger is equipped with a PMS (Pedestal Mounted Stinger) platform, which has two quadruple launchers with eight FIM-92 Stinger short-range surface-to-air missiles.
Also, this system is compatible with all models of the Stinger missile, while it can operate day/night and in all weather conditions.
The FIM-92 Stinger is a two-stage solid fuel self-guided missile with infrared guidance. It is a fire-and-forget weapon. It has a maximum speed of Mach 2.2 and is equipped with a HE-FRAG warhead. The firing range and height depends on the missile model.
The maximum fire range is from 4 to 8 km and the maximum altitude is 3.5 to 3.8 km.
The Avenger can launch its missiles stationary or on the move, with a maximum speed of 35 km/h. This system has a high degree of hip probability with a single projectile. During tests the Avenger managed to hit 171 targets out of 178. A full set of 8 reloading missiles is carried inside the vehicle. Missiles are reloaded manually within 3 minutes.
This combat vehicle is also equipped with a 12.7mm machine gun. which is used against air and ground targets.
The vehicle is equipped with an optical detector and an infrared system. These are used to acquire targets. There is also a friend or foe recognition system.
Avenger can be used on all types of roads. All-wheel drive, high power-to-weight ratio combined with high ground clearance give it good cross-country mobility.
The Avenger can be airlifted by C-130 Hercules military transport aircraft or transported by UH-60, CH-46, CH-47 and CH-53 helicopters.
If necessary, the PMS platform can be removed from the vehicle and launch its missiles up to 50 meters away from the combat vehicle.
The PMS platform was also proposed to be fitted to other chassis, such as the Bv206, M548 and M113. It can also be used as a standalone fixed unit.
