5. AR-1A
The Chinese AR-1 multipole rocket launcher has demonstrated its capabilities in 2009 and since then it was offered for export sales. Some reports state for possible order from Armenia, at unknown numbers.
The launcher has two pods, each receives 5 300mm missiles. The maximum range is 130km.
4. PHL-16
One more Chinese, the specific system was revealed in 2019 in the country. The system is in service with the nation, but we still don't know the exact name.
The launcher shoots 370mm guided missiles in a maximum range of 220km. Other available ammunition is 30mm Fire Dragon 480 tactical ballistic missiles and the anti-ship TL-7B missiles.

3. Smerch
Search or Tornado was first seen in the '80s in the Soviet Union. For that time, it was the most powerful of its kind. Today it's still capable, but it's hard to maintain it due to its age.
The launcher has 12 tubes for 300mm missiles. Russia lately developed missiles that increase its range from 90 to 120km.
2. Uragan-1M
The Russian multiple rocket launcher was revealed back in 2016, and it will become operational soon.
The launcher has 12 tubes for 300mm missiles like the Smerch. The maximum range reaches 70km with typical rounds, 90km with long-range ammunition, and some sources even talk about 120km with new 300mm missiles.
1. PHL 03
The best of its kind, the Chinese PHL-03 operates this launcher for 16-17 years now. Except for China, only Morocco uses it.
PHL 03 has 12 tubes for 300mm missiles and the range is between 70-130km, depending on the warhead. Sources state for a maximum range of 150km.
Even if PHL 03 is a Chinese version/copy of the Russian Smerch, it looks like it's superior compared to the older one.
