The Russians have threatened to hit the bases from which the Ukrainian F-16s will operate, which, to make matters worse, will have a large proportion of Western pilots.

Our assessment is that Turkey will initially upgrade the pier in the occupied territories in order to dock the TCG Anadolu there, and in a second year continue its efforts to establish a permanent naval base in Karpas.
